The Department of Management Control, Accounting, and Auditing of TBS Education seeks to fill a faculty position, to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching. The department of Management Control, Accounting, and Auditing brings together 21 faculty members whose recent publications include articles in the following leading journals: Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal; Accounting & Finance; Business & Society; Critical Perspectives on Accounting; Gender, Work & Organization; Human Relations; Journal of Business Ethics; Journal of Business Research, Accounting Horizons, European Accounting Review.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Accounting (or closely related fields) and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. They may have demonstrated these qualities during their post-doctoral experience or during their previous employment. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching of courses in (Financial) Accounting at the undergraduate and graduate levels in French and English, and to develop lectures in their field of expertise at the graduate and executive education levels.
