QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants for Assistant Professorship are expected to:

• Hold a PhD degree in related fields
• Have a competitive record of academic publications in top peer-reviewed internationally recognized journals

Applicants for Associate Professorship are expected to:

• Hold a PhD degree in related fields
• Have a competitive record of academic publications in top peer-reviewed internationally recognized journals
• Have successfully obtained and managed grants and funding (external to the home institution)
• Have experience of supervising PhD students to completion

Applicants for Professorship are expected to:

• Hold a PhD degree in related fields
• Have worked at a senior position in reputed academic institutes
• Have a competitive record of academic publication in top peer-reviewed internationally recognized journals
• Have experience of supervising PhD students to completion

PREFERRED RESEARCH EXPERTISE:

• Economics Department: digital economy or sustainable development
• Management Department: business analysis, information system/data management or digital marketing institutes or AI-related issues of management
• Finance/Accounting Department: fin-tech and cross-border finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Applicants for ALL positions should:

• Develop and teach courses of topics within your research field using a wide range of methodologies and approaches;
• Actively conduct research either collaboratively or individually, contributing to a high-quality research profile for the Business School;

Candidates for Professorship and Associate Professorship should:

• Lead a research group in related disciplines
• Publish in top tier, peer-reviewed journals
• Design courses keeping up with current development of industry
• Supervise graduate students
• Engage in school management activities
