Qualifications

Applicants must comply with the following requirements:

• Doctoral degree from a top-ranked university.
• A record of recent papers published in scientific journals indexed in the Web of Science or Scopus.
• Teaching experience in business or related areas, on virtual platforms.
• Professional experience in the business world as managers, consultants, or members of boards or executive committees.
• Proficiency in Spanish (required).

• Full-time employment contract with legal and compensation benefits (15 salaries per year).
• One-year contract position with the possibility of renewal.
