Visiting Professor / Assistant Professor  (1-year / 2-year renewable contract)

Start Date: 

March 1, 2026

Teaching Areas:

1. Management & Entrepreneurship
   • Courses: Introduction to Business, Managerial Economics, Asian Management, Business Consulting, Project Management; Entrepreneurial Mindset and Action, New Venture Creation
2. Organizational Behavior & Human Resources
   • Courses: People & Organizations, Human Resource Management, Managing Diversity in workplace
3. Marketing 
   • Courses: Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Communication, Strategic Marketing, Marketing Analytics
4. Business Statistics/Business Analytics
   • Courses: Business Statistics, Managerial Decision Modelling & Analytics, Data Visualization & Exploratory Analytics, Statistical modelling and inferences, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics - AI, Deep Learning & Generative AI
5. Technology
   • Courses: Blockchain Technology & Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology & Finance, Computer Programming (Python / other languages), Digital Strategies for Entrepreneurial Ventures, Digital Transformation, AI for Business Transformation 

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach 3-4 courses (9-12 credits) per semester at the undergraduate and graduate levels and participate in the development of the programs (candidates with a strong research portfolio can receive a lower teaching load of 3 courses per semester)
• Carry out research activities aimed at publication in high quality academic journals;
• Contribute to the development of a research culture in the school;
• Represent and promote SolBridge in their academic networks
