1 PROFESSOR (ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE/FULL) IN BUSINESS ETHICS (Paris Campus)

In response to its continuous growth, IÉSEG School of Management is looking for a full-time professor in Business Ethics at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level (starting September 2026 on the Paris Campus). The selected candidate will be a part of the Department of “Management & Society”.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Department of “Management & Society” consists of over 30 full-time academic staff in the areas of Strategic Management, Organization Studies, Corporate Sustainability and Business & Society. The Department explicitly welcomes cross-disciplinary research efforts needed to address the challenges currently faced by both for-profit and non-profit organizations, their stakeholders and the communities in which they operate.

The Management & Society Department operates in line with the vision of the School to be “a unique international hub empowering changemakers for a better society”. ABOUT THE POSITION

Teaching will be the main focus of the selected candidate who will deliver courses in Business Ethics at the undergraduate, graduate and/or postgraduate level. In addition, the selected candidate will contribute to the development of the Department’s programs. As such, we are looking for candidates with strong teaching skills, and who are fluent in English, as most courses are taught in this language. Being able to teach in French and having experience in executive teaching are a plus, but not a requirement.

With regards to research, the selected candidate will contribute to the vibrant research community at IESEG through their research. The candidate therefore expected to hold a PhD, have a publication record (or potential for Assistant Professors) in peer-reviewed journals, as well as a good international network.
