SolBridge Visiting/Assistant Professor Position for Fall 2026

SolBridge is a young and innovative AACSB-accredited business school in South Korea. Our student body represents 70 different nationalities/countries, and our faculty is over 70% international, thus nurturing a strong diverse and inclusive environment.

We are in Daejeon, a city celebrated for its technology and research institutions, which allows us to foster a rich learning environment where students can gain invaluable hands-on experience. Furthermore, our faculty have access to multiple research and teaching collaboration opportunities with many of our global partner schools.

Position: 

Visiting Professor / Assistant Professor (1-year / 2-year renewable contract and both positions require on-campus presence throughout the contract period)

September 1, 2026

Teaching Areas:

• Analytics & AI for Business

Indicative Courses: AI & Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI & Applications, Managerial Decision Modelling & Analytics, Data Visualization & Exploratory Analytics

• Technology

Indicative Courses: Blockchain Technology & Cryptocurrency, Generative AI and Programming, Programming for Business Applications (Python / other languages), Digital Strategies for Entrepreneurial Ventures, Digital Transformation, AI for Business Transformation, Information Systems and Digital Technologies for Business 

• Organizational Behavior & Human Resources

Indicative Courses: People & Organizations, Human Resource Management, Managing Diversity in workplace, Managerial Skills

• Marketing 

Indicative Courses: Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Communication, Strategic Marketing, Marketing Analytics

• Management & Entrepreneurship

Indicative Courses: Introduction to Business, Managerial Economics, Asian Management, Business Consulting, Project Management; Entrepreneurial Mindset and Action, New Venture Creation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach 3-4 courses (9-12 credits) per semester at the undergraduate and graduate levels and participate in the development of the programs (candidates with a strong research portfolio can receive a lower teaching load of 3 courses per semester).
2. Carry out research activities aimed at publication in high quality academic journals.
3. Contribute to the development of a research culture in the school.
4. Represent and promote SolBridge in their academic networks.

Qualifications:
