A Research and a Faculty in interaction with the accredited Schools of the Omnes Education Group

The four accredited Schools of the Omnes Group, specialized in the field of management and digital, AI and technological engineering, are federating their research and support for the professional development of faculty members within the Omnes Education Research Center & Faculty.

Joining the ESCE allows potential candidates to benefit from an accompaniment in the development of projects related to pedagogy and research, combining digital and management skills, and the formalization and submission of European or ANR projects.

In addition, the potential candidates can benefit from close cooperation with companies with Boèce Funds for Research & Innovation, increase the impact of his/her intellectual contributions and research via public media exposure, undertake projects related to AI & digital pedagogical innovations, and collaborate with the group's Program Management team.

• Digital Marketing (Data Analytics, AI in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Strategy)
• Strategy (International Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Innovation & Transformation)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching at Bachelor, Master, and Executive levels.
• Design and update courses integrating digital transformation and international perspectives.
• Maintain a consistent research trajectory, with publications in recognised peer-reviewed journals.
• Supervise student research projects and dissertations.
• Contribute to research clusters and cross-disciplinary initiatives.
• Support ESCE’s accreditation roadmap (AACSB, EFMD) and continuous improvement processes.

Profile

• PhD in Accounting, Marketing, Strategy, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and pedagogical innovation.
• Research potential or established publication record depending on seniority.
• Experience in international academic environments.
• Ability to teach in English (French is an asset but not mandatory).
• Engagement in applied research, corporate collaboration, or research funding is appreciated.

The proposed salary and working conditions will be in accordance with the qualifications and experience of the candidates. Beyond this remuneration, bonuses may be granted for scientific publications, other intellectual contributions, pedagogical innovations, administrative responsibilities, in accordance with the Charter of Omnes Education Research Center & Faculty.
