Position Description :

EDC Paris Business School invites applications for six (6) positions at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the following areas:

• Digital Marketing
• Management / Strategy
• Management Information Systems
• Human Resource Management
• Finance / Business Analytics and Data
• Entrepreneurship

Candidate Profile / Required Skills

Successful candidates will be based at EDC Paris Business School’s Paris La Défense campus. The main responsibilities include:

• Publishing research in top-tier, peer-reviewed academic journals listed in ABS and FNEGE rankings.
• Teaching at various academic levels using innovative and engaging pedagogical approaches.
• Actively engaging in and contributing to EDC Paris Business School’s academic activities and institutional life.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s academic qualifications and professional experience.

Job Qualifications

Candidates must hold a PhD from a leading institution. Doctorates from Shanghai-ranked, AACSB-, or EQUIS-accredited universities will be particularly valued. Applicants should demonstrate a strong record of research excellence and teaching effectiveness in the relevant discipline. Fluency in English is required, as teaching duties will be primarily conducted in English. Knowledge of French, while not mandatory, will be considered an asset.
