Full-Time Faculty Position in Management: Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor

Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality lectures and seminars in Management at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Primary teaching areas include (but are not limited to):
- Supply Chain Management and Operations Management
- Artificial Intelligence in Management (e.g., AI Applications in Business, Data-Driven Decision Making, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics, AI Ethics in Management)
- Strategic Management, Innovation Management, and Organizational Leadership
The role also includes supervision of bachelor’s and master’s theses, active research in management or related fields, and participation in academic and institutional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and seminars in Management-related subjects.
- Design, update, and innovate course materials to reflect the latest trends in digital transformation, AI integration, and sustainable business practices.
- Mentor and supervise students preparing bachelor’s and/or master’s theses.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in management, publishing in AJG-ranked academic journals.
- Present research findings at academic conferences and apply for competitive research grants.
- Collaborate with faculty members across disciplines on research projects and academic initiatives.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and community-related activities.
Qualifications
- PhD or PhD Candidate in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in higher education (Management, Supply Chain, or related areas).
- A strong research record, demonstrated through publications in recognized AJG-ranked journals.
- Experience or research interests in areas such as Management, AI in Management, Digital Transformation, or Sustainable Operations, Supply Chain Management.
- Proven excellence in teaching and a strong commitment to student-centered learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in interactive and experiential learning environments.
- International academic or professional experience, preferably in European or North American institutions.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills for working in a diverse academic community.
