Assistant or Associate Professor in Organizational theory, Organizational Behaviour, and/or Leadership

The School of Management at Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) seeks applications to fill one full-time position at the assistant or associate level to strengthen its Organizations academic area and make significant contributions to the group’s research, applied projects and teaching activities. The School provides conference and research funding, an initial teaching load reduction for junior researchers, opportunities for executive education and consultancy activities, and a vibrant cultural environment. Job qualifications Candidates must have earned a PhD degree (or be near completion) in organization theory, organizational behaviour, management, or related disciplines. They are expected to show a clear commitment to research in their fields and actively contribute to the design, delivery and assessment of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. While the focus of the position will be on research and teaching, a clear commitment to institutional development and service (internally and externally) is desired.

Preference will be given to faculty with a strong record of publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals); engagement in the design, delivery and assessment of courses at undergraduate and graduate levels; and previous experience with institutional development.
