EM Normandie, established in 1871 as one of the first Grandes Ecoles, is recognized among French business schools. EM Normandie is a triple-accredited institution (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA). POSITIONS

As part of its development, EM Normandie is currently offering many full-time positions for Assistant, Associate, or Full Professors levels. Faculty contribute to teaching, research, service to the institution, and societal engagement. EM Normandie invites qualified applicants for a permanent position in the following disciplines on all its campuses:

  • Sustainable Finance
  • Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship
  • Economics
  • HR, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Theories, Leadership, Intercultural Management and Critical Thinking
  • Digital Marketing and/ or Business (Digital transformation, artificial intelligence)
  • Supply Chain Management (Operation management, Port management, purchasing, Business analytics, Sustainability)
  • Information Systems Management

Profiles with a focus on sustainability, CSR, and/or societal issues are of specific interest.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ph.D. in a business-related field
  • Proven ability to teach and develop quality courses at different levels (in English and/or French)
  • Proven ability to publish in peer-reviewed international academic journals (ABS, ABDC, and FNEGE rankings)
  • Willingness to contribute to school life and its development
  • Priority will be given to candidates that fit into the research axes of the school and with international experience
