We have positions for flying faculty teaching three-week intensive courses, fully online teaching as well as teaching modules that require residency in Finland.

Our general requirements are the following:

• Excellent English language communication skills
• Teaching and assessment experience of the subject at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• Experience in blended or fully online programme delivery

Please include in your application letter specific reference to the following matters that we especially value:

• Practice area experience and contacts in industry
• Formal teaching qualifications
• Experience in the UK higher education sector and/or Higher National Diploma
• A postgraduate research degree such as PhD
• A student-centred approach and active learning methods such as the Harvard case methodology
• Proficiency in virtual learning environments such as Moodle, Blackboard; experience with online teaching tools and methods
• Ability to design and deliver inclusive, engaging content for diverse learners including integrating AI tools in teaching and learning
