Job Description

The Department of Business Administration of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology invites applications for Project Assistant Professor position.

The successful candidate should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Business Strategy
• Marketing
• Human Resource Management
• Data Analytics
• Business Applications of Artificial Intelligence
• Other management-related fields

The appointment will commence on February 1, 2027. The initial appointment is for one year, following the University's academic calendar. Subject to the University's regulations and the appointing department's needs, the appointment may be renewed upon expiration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in one or more of the above-mentioned areas (approximately 9 teaching hours per week)
• Employ innovative approaches to teaching and learning
• Publish high-quality research in leading journals
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Department Chair

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in one of the above-mentioned fields
• Demonstrated ability to teach in English
• At least one year of relevant industry or research experience (required for tenure-track appointments only)

• List of publications, including abstracts of each publication and the abstract of your doctoral dissertation

• List of courses you are able to teach, together with course syllabi
• Any other supporting documents relevant to your application
