Assistant / Associate Professor of Law

POSITION

To participate in the continuous development of the EDHEC programs, EDHEC Business School (www.edhec.edu/en) is recruiting two Assistant or Associate Professors of Law, with research and teaching interests in business law, commercial law, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory issues, international business law, intellectual property law, and related areas. The successful candidate will be expected to develop high-quality, impactful research and contribute actively to teaching across EDHEC’s programs as well as to EDHEC’s pedagogical innovation agenda through active and participatory learning approaches.

Location will be on the Lille campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ph.D. degree
  • Evidence of sustained research involvement through case studies and applied academic publications
  • Commitment to high-quality teaching and continuous pedagogical development
  • Demonstrated ability to teach in academic programs at graduate and undergraduate level
  • Energy, dynamism, conviction, open-minded, team-player
  • Desire to actively engage in all areas of faculty life
  • Personal and professional ethics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of fluency in English
  • Fluency in French and the ability to teach in French are required.
