Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Business, Management or a closely related discipline from a recognised university.
• A demonstrated record of high-quality scholarly publications in business and management or related disciplines (publications in peer-reviewed journals indexed in the Web of Science or Scopus).
• Graduate-level teaching experience in business or related disciplines, including online and hybrid delivery.
• Professional experience in management, consulting, board service, executive leadership, or academic administration.
• Proficiency in Spanish (required).
