BUSINESS POLICY PROFESSOR

Barna Management School is seeking a senior, full-time professor to lead the academic Business Policy area, also known as General Management Policy. All teaching and interactions with students, faculty, and administration are conducted in Spanish. Barna expects its professors to teach in more than one subject and to do research. Participant-centered methodology is used in most teaching; thus, experience in the Harvard Case Method is required.

The position requires a professor with extensive experience in most graduate management topics, as most teaching will occur in the final modules of the MBA program. The cases taught will include areas a manager must control in day-to-day operations. Special emphasis is given to the humanistic side, as our school teaches that the human being is the center of all business decisions. The position requires practical, verifiable experience managing a company or a major department in a large enterprise. The area has a strong strategy component; therefore, experience in this area is required.
