Full Professorship in the area of Leadership (f/m/d)
located at WHU Campus Düsseldorf, starting January 1, 2027, or by mutual agreement.
Academic Environment
WHU has more than 60 faculty members in the fields of management, finance and accounting, economics, entrepreneurship and innovation, marketing and sales, and supply chain management. Research at WHU adheres to three research principles: quality, internationality, as well as practical and academic relevance. Job Description
The successful candidate will lead an innovative research agenda and contribute to teaching in WHU’s graduate and Executive Education programs. Their research should advance knowledge in leadership in the context of technological and societal transformation. In addition, the candidate is expected to collaborate actively with WHU’s Center for Leadership Excellence. We are seeking an advanced scholar prepared to assume academic responsibilities (e.g., area/service roles, program directorship, curriculum initiatives), particularly in Executive Education.

The teaching load is typically 192 academic hours per academic year, subject to adjustment based on WHU needs.
