Professor of Management Practice in Finance and Associate Academic Director of the GBBA at ESSEC Rabat
In order to accommodate the growing needs in Finance (Rabat Campus) and the growth of the Global BBA (GBBA) program at the ESSEC Rabat campus, we are recruiting a bilingual English/French Professor of Management Practice in Finance, who will join us in delivering excellent pedagogical training and coaching for our students and managers, and who will be appointed as Associate Academic Director of the GBBA program in Rabat. The position is based in our Rabat (Morocco) campus, ideally starting in September 2026.

Mission
The mission of the Professor of Management Practice will be to work together with the existing team in teaching and coaching students, and developing new pedagogical content particularly on technical financial expertise and strategic corporate transactions.
Additionally, the incumbent will take on the position of Associate Academic Director of the GBBA program on the ESSEC Rabat campus, ensuring the excellence and growth of the program in Africa.

We expect the PMP to be involved in both teaching and coordination activities, including:
The PMP will also be expected to participate in pedagogical activities including admission juries, student recruitment, among others, and to develop new pedagogical content and initiatives, such as course material, textbooks, case studies, MOOCs, SPOCs, digital content or other, that reinforce ESSEC’s relevance in the domain of finance
