Position: Assistant Professor/ Lecturer

Location: Remote with Travel to the USA, Europe, China, SEA, LATAM, MENA etc.

Role Overview

Tetr College of Business is seeking dynamic and dedicated faculty members to educate and inspire the next generation of global business leaders. We are hiring full-time faculty across various business disciplines, including Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Tech, AI and more for undergraduate programs across management & technology. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional student learning experiences and a commitment to continuously enhancing their teaching methods through innovation and best practices. Additionally, successful candidates should actively engage in research that contributes valuable insights to both academic and industry audiences. Beyond the classroom, we seek faculty who are eager to enrich the broader Tetr community and play an active role in shaping an outstanding educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Professor at Tetr College of Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and contributing to Content Development and Curriculum design in your related area, such as ○ Sales and Marketing

1. Finance and Accounting
2. Economics
3. Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning
4. Computer Science

• Mentorship and Student Engagement Serve as a mentor to graduate students, offering academic guidance, leadership coaching, and support for entrepreneurial ventures and career development.
• Research and Thought Leadership Conduct and publish high-quality, practitioner-relevant research that contributes to the field of entrepreneurial leadership. Engage with the broader academic and business communities through conferences, publications, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Program Contribution and Collaboration Work closely with the faculty to support program design, admissions, events, and strategic initiatives. Actively contribute to the culture of innovation, experimentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration that defines Tetr.
• Community and Industry Engagement Build strong connections with industry leaders, alumni, and ecosystem partners to enrich the learning experience and drive real-world impact for students.

Qualifications:

• A full-time PhD in a directly related area of teaching from a reputed university, or business school (preferably AACSB / EQUIS / AMBA accredited). Candidates who have recently completed their doctorate will also be considered.
• Proven expertise and teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in their respective business disciplines, a strong record of student engagement, and positive feedback are highly desirable.
• Practical industry experience in international business is highly desirable, enabling faculty to integrate real-world applications into academic learning.
• Actively support students in developing and launching their own business ventures by providing mentorship, industry insights, and practical guidance tailored to their respective fields.
