As a Faculty Member, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to course development and management, aligned with WIUT’s strategic goals.
- Undertake impactful research in your area of expertise, publishing in internationally recognized journals and contributing to the global academic community.
- Engage in academic leadership, including mentoring students, managing dissertations, and collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
We seek candidates with specialization in:
- Finance: Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Management Accounting, Strategic Management, Corporate Finance (with knowledge of Islamic Finance), Financial Institutions, Securities Analysis, Investment and Risk Management, Data Analytics, Financial Modelling and Statistics.
- Management and Marketing: Project Management, Marketing, Retailing Business, Creative Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics and AI.
- Economics: Digital Economics, Corporate Finance, Green Economy, Development Economics, Economic Consultancy.
- Law: Introduction to Law and Legal Systems, Introduction to International Relations, Law and Contemporary Social Issues, Law and Society, Administrative and Constitutional Law, Research Skills for Law and International Relations, Enternainment and Sports Law.
- Computing: Operation systems, Cybersecurity, NLP, System Administration.
- Global Education: Academic Communication Skills, Professional Skills and Employability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Academic Credentials: A PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from an internationally recognized institution.
- Teaching Excellence: Experience in innovative teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Research Achievements: Proven publication record in peer-reviewed journals and active engagement in international conferences.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian/Uzbek is advantageous but not required).
