Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) Positions in Marketing, Finance, International Business and Strategy

Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia) invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting in June or July 2026. Fields: Marketing, Finance, International Business, and Strategy. Responsibilities include developing a productive research agenda, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, advising students, and contributing to departmental service.

Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in related fields by June or July 2026; demonstrated research potential (e.g., job-market paper and pipeline); and evidence of effective teaching (TA or instructor). Strong English communication skills are required for research and collaboration. Proficiency in Spanish, or a clear plan to reach teaching proficiency in the short run, is required after appointment.
