The Department of Management, Technology and Strategy of Grenoble Ecole de Management invites applications for a position of assistant or associate professor in Operation Management and Supply chain Management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates are expected to have the competences to cover teaching in the fields of supply chain management, management of operations, project management and purchasing. Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in teaching students at various levels and a proactive and collegial attitude. The position involves:

  • Teaching at various levels (from Bachelor to Master + possibilities in MBA and Executive Education) using innovative pedagogy
  • Supervising students for their Master’s thesis and their professional experiences (internships or apprenticeships)
  • Engaging and taking part in GEM’s school life and ecosystem
  • Publishing in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals (ABS) if the candidates are interested by research objectives.

Familiarity with the French ecosystem of 'Grandes Écoles' is beneficial, though it is not a mandatory requirement.

Language: Fluency in French and in English is required.

Degree required: Candidates must hold a PhD in Management or related discipline.
