Assistant / Associate Professor of Human Resources

The school offers a wide range of programmes including undergraduate, integrated masters, MSc, and executive programmes.

ESSCA’s Organization, Management, and Human Resources (OMHR) Academic Department

is seeking an Assistant or an Associate Professor of Human Resources for its Bordeaux Campus.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the OMHR Academic Department who can make a significant contribution to our research and teaching strategy. The Department has around 30 Faculty members, present on all ESSCA's French campuses, and focuses its work on the fields of organisational, project and people management.

Requirements for the position include:

  • a PhD in Management, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field,
  • a proven track record of teaching and an innovative, applied research agenda,
  • strong communication skills,
  • the ability to work as part of a team.

Candidates must hold be fluent in French (i.e., between Intermediate and Upper intermediate level, which corresponds to a level between B1/B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), and be able to teach in English to various audiences (undergraduates, graduates, and Executives).

Interest in the areas of Cross-cultural Management, Human Resources, and Responsible Management and Ethics, as well as prior corporate experience, would also be beneficial.
