Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and highly qualified full-time English speaking instructors to join our institution for the 2026–2027 academic year and beyond in the following subject areas:

  • Mathematics;
  • Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics);
  • English as a Foreign Language;
  • Geography;
  • Critical and Creative Thinking;
  • Computer Science;
  • Citizenship;
  • World History;
  • Design and Technology.

In this role, instructors will design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Successful candidates will employ a communicative and interactive teaching approach while adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruction: Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons using a communicative approach to foster active participation and critical thinking.
  • Adaptive Teaching: Design and implement adaptive syllabi to deliver a differentiated learning for students with varying level of skills, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported.
  • Lesson Planning: Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum and syllabus goals and student learning outcomes.
  • Assessment: Evaluate student performance through continuous assignments, projects, and mid-term and final exams, providing constructive feedback to promote growth.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
  • Student Support: Hold weekly office hours to provide individual guidance and support.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
  • Professional Development & Collaboration: Participate in training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance teaching skills and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Practical Orientation: Experience with project-based learning or real-world application is a great asset.

Teaching Details
