I. SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES
About the School
- The School of Management Sciences adopts multidisciplinary approach that encompasses in depth domain knowledge with a vast breadth of contemporary skillets. Along with rigorous exposure to the core areas of finance, enterprise development, marketing and business administration, the students are also exposed to a wide range of other disciplines that include Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities.

The school is seeking academic leadership positions such as Deans, Directors, Heads; and Faculty members in respective specializations / disciplines such as -
- Business Analytics: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, Digital Commerce, Big Data Analytics.
- Finance: Behavioural Finance, Technical Analysis, Fixed Income Securities, Financial Risk Management, Derivatives, Mergers & Acquisition, Taxation, International Finance, Finalytics/FinTech, Green Finance, Micro- and Marco-economics.
- Human Resources: Organizational Development, Labor relations, Performance Management, Compensation Benchmarking, Manpower Planning, etc.
- Marketing: Digital Marketing and Metaverse, Integrated Marketing Communication, New Product Development, Marketing Analytics, Pricing, Services Marketing, Sustainability and Green Marketing
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Supply Chain Management, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0.
Dean / Director / Heads – Responsibilities:
Academic & Administrative Leadership Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide strategic leadership aligned with the university’s mission and international standards, driving global reputation through academic collaborations, accreditations, rankings such as AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, QS, THE; and at national level such as AISHE, NIRF, NAAC, NBA, etc.
- Oversee curriculum design and development to ensure academic rigor, relevance and innovation, promoting interdisciplinary and digital learning.
- Enhance high-quality research and innovation, supporting faculty publications, global collaborations and grant acquisition.
- Recruit, mentor and manage faculty, nurturing a culture of professional development, diversity and performance excellence.
- Enhance student recruitment, retention, placement and global mobility, emphasizing career support and industry engagement.
- Build strong industry and alumni partnerships for mentorship, fundraising and collaboration.
- Manage budget, resources, compliance and infrastructure to ensure the school’s operational and financial sustainability.
- Represent the school in governance, accreditation and academic forums, liaising with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
NB: Designation / Position such as Dean, Director, or Head will be determined based on the experience, academic credentials and the selection committee recommendation.
Faculty Responsibilities (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)
Faculty responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conducting courses across a range of disciplines within the School of Management Sciences.
- Developing substantial research initiatives in collaboration with external partners within the mentioned fields.
- Forming impactful research groups inclusive of aspiring PhD students.
- Engaging actively in institutional research, academic programs and participating in various institutional activities.
- Providing mentorship, guidance and support to students, fostering their academic and research growth.
- Actively participating in institutional research endeavours, contributing expertise to interdisciplinary projects.
Eligibility:
- PhD/ MBA in relevant branch from universities of national / international repute or from the Institutions of Eminence
- Strong publication track-record for the respective areas of specialization (s) in the reputed journals such as the ones indexed in Scopus / Web of Science / ABDC, etc.,
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience for the position of Assistant Professor and eight years for the position of Associate Professor, 12 years for Professor; and up to 15 years for leadership positions, all experiences shall be post-PhD / Doctorate
- Ability to write research proposals and attract extramural funding
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences
- Evidence of commitment to teaching and training
II. SCHOOLs OF BIOSCIENCES and MATHEMATICS AND NATURAL SCIENCES

(1) School of Biosciences is seeking Faculty members under a full-time tenure track basis in the respective disciplines:
Faculty Responsibilities (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor) include but not limited to:
- Teaching in the respective courses such as mathematics, programming and computational systems biology offered by the School of Biosciences.
- Developing strong, extramurally funded and collaborative research programs in the areas mentioned above.
- Establishing strong research groups including PhD students.
- Supporting institutional research and academic programs and participating actively in institutional activities.
Eligibility
- PhD in Bioinformatics / Computational Biology or other computational areas from a university of national / international repute
- Strong publication track-record in the areas of computational biology in the reputed journals such as the ones indexed in Scopus / Web of Science / ABDC, etc.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience for the position of Assistant Professor and eight years for the position of Associate Professor, both experiences shall be post-PhD / Doctorate
- Ability to write research proposals and attract extramural funding
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences
- Evidence of commitment to teaching and training
(2) School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is seeking Faculty members under a full-time tenure track basis in the respective disciplines.
Faculty Responsibilities (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor) include but not limited to:
- Teaching in the respective courses such as Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Chemistry / Electrochemistry / Sustainable Energy Chemistry.
- Design and teaching courses offered by the School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
- Develop robust, externally funded, and collaborative research programs in the relevant areas.
- Build and lead strong research groups, including PhD scholars.
- Contribute to research and academic initiatives and actively participate in the academic and administrative activities.
Eligibility
- PhD in the relevant specialization.
- Should have strong research background and substantial postdoctoral or industry experience.
- Should demonstrate a commitment to developing robust research programs and possess a passion for teaching in the University’s academic programs.
- Strong publication track-record in the areas of computational biology in the reputed journals such as the ones indexed in Scopus / Web of Science / ABDC, etc.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience for the position of Assistant Professor and eight years for the position of Associate Professor, both experiences shall be post-PhD / Doctorate.
- Ability to write research proposals and attract extramural funding.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences.

Dean / Director / Heads – Responsibilities:
Academic and Administrative Leadership Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all engineering programs, covering areas their respective Specialization / Domain.
- Oversee the design, development and continuous revision of curricula to ensure academic rigor, industry relevance and outcome-based education.
- Ensure alignment of all programs with national regulatory standards (AICTE, UGC) and compliance with global best practices.
- Facilitate academic innovation, interdisciplinary integration and pedagogical advancement across engineering disciplines.
- Advancing the University’s position in global rankings and accreditations including QS, THE, AISHE and national frameworks such as NIRF through strategic planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective data management and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- Nurture industry-academic partnerships through guest lectures, live projects, internships and sponsored research.
- Engage with advisory boards to keep academic programs aligned with industry needs and technological developments.
- Represent the School and University at statutory and professional forums, national and international level, demonstrating strong academic planning, people management and communication skills.

Faculty Responsibilities (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)
Faculty responsibilities include but not limited to:

- PhD and ME/ MTech in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent from the Universities of national / international repute
- Strong publication track-record for the respective areas of specialization (s) in the reputed journals such as the ones indexed in Scopus / Web of Science / ABDC, etc.,
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience for the position of Assistant Professor and eight years for the position of Associate Professor, 12 years for Professor; and up to 15 years for leadership positions, all experiences shall be post-PhD / Doctorate
- Ability to write research proposals and attract extramural funding
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences
- Evidence of commitment to teaching and training
