About position

We are seeking for a passionate, experienced professor for our Casablanca and Rabat campuses. In this strategic position, you will safeguard teaching excellence, provide personalised student support and drive the ongoing evolution of our programmes in the above-mentioned fields:

• Finance & Audit
• Marketing
• Logistics
• Information Systems
• Artificial intelligence
• Quantitative Techniques / Mathematics

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courses in English and French within your specialism.
• Supervise student projects, dissertations and applied-research work.
• Design and steer training programmes in collaboration with the academic team.
• Ensure pedagogical coherence, quality and alignment across courses.
• Guide students in their academic journey and career orientation.
• Provide regular, individualised follow-up to campus management.
• Organise exams, juries and academic boards.
• Oversee internships, guaranteeing they meet learning objectives.
• Maintain continuous contact with faculty, students and parents.
• Represent the school before academic or professional bodies when required.
• Contribute to pedagogical innovation, new teaching approaches and continuous programme improvement.

Qualifications

• PhD in one of the listed fields
• A strong publication record in top-tier academic journals.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Proven higher-education teaching experience in French and English.
• Experience in academic management or program coordination is an asset.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, organisational sense and autonomy.
• Initiative-driven, rigorous and passionate about teaching and mentoring young adults.
