The International University of Rabat (UIR) is a public-private partnership that represents an innovative model for higher education and academic development in Morocco and Africa. UIR, fully recognized by the State, includes several schools (Rabat Business School, Aerospace, Renewable Energy, Architecture, Political Science, Law, Medical and Dental School, etc.).

Since its creation in 2010, Rabat Business School (RBS) has grown rapidly and has become the largest School of the University and the largest business School in Morocco with 3,500 students with 75 core faculty members composed of 65% international professors (over 20 different nationalities). RBS offers a range of bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs taught in the English language in various fields such as Marketing, Strategy, International Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Management of Information Systems and Business Analytics.

RBS is AACSB and EQUIS accredited. It is also the only business school in Africa and Middle East to be ranked by the FT Master in Management ranking top 100 (# 10 on Financial Times ranking).

The UIR campus, designed and developed to meet the highest international standards, is located in Technopolis, Rabat’s business cluster. Rabat offers a dynamic economic environment and is renowned for its high quality of life, rich cultural heritage, and diverse range of public and private amenities.

As part of its continued development, Rabat Business School (RBS) is seeking to appoint full-time faculty members at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels. Candidates are expected to have a strong academic research profile and a proven track record of publishing high-quality research in top-tier international journals in the following disciplines:

• Marketing with a focus on Strategic Marketing, Digital marketing and Artificial Intelligence applied to marketing
• Human Resources and organizational Behavior with a focus on Digital HR, People analytics, Artificial Intelligence applied to HRM, HR processes & tools, sustainable HR, sustainable development, ethics, corporate social responsibility, and organizational learning and development.
• Corporate Finance/Management Control/Accounting/Auditing/Market Finance
• Management of Information Systems
• Supply chain management
• Strategy/Entrepreneurship/Innovation
• Data/Business Analytics
• Economics with a focus on Innovation Economics, Behavioral Economics, Social Economics, or Financial Economics. While not mandatory, the ability to teach Economics in both French and English would be considered a plus.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to:

• Conducting cutting-edge research in their area of expertise and/or in interdisciplinary research;
• Designing and delivering innovative and action-oriented learning experiences
• Contributing to teaching across undergraduate and graduate programs

Appointments are made at Full Professor, Associate or Assistant ranks depending on research and teaching record. Candidates for Assistant Professor positions with high research potential will be considered.

The successful applicant:

• Has completed a doctoral degree in a business-related field and in an internationally recognized institution
• Demonstrates excellent potential to publish in top-tier research journals in management disciplines (Based on ABS ranking, FT).
• Has a track record of teaching in English
• Is willing to contribute in collegial manner to her/his Academic Department and to the local, national and international visibility of Rabat Business School.
