De Montfort University (DMU) Kazakhstan/Cambodia invite experienced academics and industry professionals to apply for short-term teaching opportunities at our international transnational education (TNE) campuses in Almaty and Phnom Penh. These appointments offer a unique opportunity to gain international teaching experience and contribute to an innovative British education model abroad.

About the Role

DMU follows a Block Teaching Model, where students focus on one module at a time over an intensive 7-week period. We are currently recruiting lecturers to deliver undergraduate teaching in the following subject areas:

• Marketing
• Cyber Security and Computer Science
• Graphic Design

Teaching Block Dates (2025–2026):

• Block 1: 15 September – 14 November 2025
• Block 2: 17 November 2025 – 30 January 2026 (includes winter break)
• Block 3: 2 February – 10 April 2026
• Block 4: 13 April – 12 June 2026

Candidates may express interest in one or multiple blocks.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from individuals who:

• Have academic or applied industry experience in one of the listed fields
• Demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching
• Are adaptable, collaborative, and culturally responsive
• Are open to short-term teaching abroad

Experience with international or block-format teaching is an advantage.
