POSITION: Full-time (Contract) faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank are available in August 2025 to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in all or some of the following fields: Finance / Business Management / Operations Management / Accounting. The positions are flexible to accommodate other teaching and research interests. The positions are subject to funding.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Ph.D. in Finance / Business Management / Operations Management / Accounting or related fields. Applicants from AACSB-accredited schools are preferable. Applicants require a degree in hand by September 30, 2024. Applicants should be active researchers with a commitment to pursue excellence in teaching and research. Professional work experience will be a plus. In alignment with the college’s mission, content that reflects humanistic leadership concerns is expected to be covered in the courses.

Additional Expertise: Proficiency in sustainability topics, as well as the application of AI and big data relevant to the candidate's academic field, is highly desirable.

COMPENSATION & TEACHING LOAD
Compensation: includes a base salary plus an academic research allowance, both determined by academic rank and seniority.
Assistant Professor: Starting at NT$82,360/month (before tax)
Associate Professor: Starting at NT$92,610/month (before tax)
Year-End Bonus: Equivalent to 1.5 months of the monthly base salary
Teaching Load
Assistant Professor: 18 credit hours per academic year (equivalent to teaching approximately 3 courses per semester)
Associate Professor: 18 credit hours per academic year (equivalent to teaching approximately 3 courses per semester)
Teaching load reductions are available according to institutional policies for research projects, thesis supervision, and administrative responsibilities.
Faculty are expected to teach a minimum of 9 credit hours per academic year.
