The International University of Rabat (UIR) is a public-private partnership, an original and innovative model in the context of the development of Morocco and Africa. The University includes several schools (Rabat Business School, Aerospace, Renewable Energy, Architecture, Political Science, Law, School of Medicine and Dentistry, etc.).

Since its establishment in 2010, Rabat Business School (RBS) has grown rapidly and has become the largest School in the university and the largest Business School in Morocco, with more than 2700 students, and 70 faculty members, 65% of whom are international professors (with more than 20 different nationalities). RBS offers a range of bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs taught in English in various fields such as Marketing, Strategy, International Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management and Business Analytics.

RBS is accredited by AACSB and is the only Business School in Africa and the Middle East to be ranked in the Top 100 business schools in the world by Financial Times (32nd in 2024).

The campus, built to the highest international standards, is located in Technopolis. Rabat has a strong economy and is recognized for its exceptional quality of life and cultural environment, offering a wide variety of public and private amenities, including excellent primary and secondary schools.

As part of its development, and on the occasion of the launch of the "Social Security" Chair with “CDG Prévoyance”, RBS is opening a full-time professor-researcher position (Full or or Associate Professor depending on the candidate's research and teaching background). The recruited person will be expected to work primarily on topics related to:

• Roles of pension funds as financiers of the economy;
• Application of scientific modeling to the social security sector;
• Use of new technologies for efficient management of social security programs
• Study of inclusive insurance models around the world, contributions and limits to national economies;
• Socially responsible investment of pension funds;
• CSR in social security organizations;
• Contributions of the silver economy in improving the quality of life of seniors.

In line with our strategic plan and rapid growth, we are looking for high-potential candidates to join us. The successful candidate:

• Has a PhD in a field related to management from an internationally recognized institution;
• Demonstrates excellent potential for publication in high-quality, peer-reviewed research journals in management disciplines;
• Mastery of the above-mentioned topics of the "Social Security" Chair;
• Has a perfect command of French;
• Has experience teaching in English;
• Is willing to interact with socio-economic actors;
• Is willing to contribute proactively and collegially to his/her academic department and to the local, national and international visibility of Rabat Business School.
