Assistant Professor in Finance, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Strategy

Full-Time Faculty Opening:

The Department of Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (PUJ), Bogotá invites applications for 3 tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. We welcome applicants in Finance, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Strategy, with particular interest in those specializing in critical global challenges, such as sustainability, social inclusion, digital transformation, conflict, and global governance. Candidates should have completed all PhD requirements by December 2025.

Professors teach two courses per semester. Courses are conducted in both Spanish and English; therefore, we welcome non-Spanish-speaking applicants with the understanding that learning Spanish will be essential for effective engagement in both teaching and departmental activities.
