We invite applications for the positions of Assistant / Associate Professors in all Management disciplines:

Fresh Doctorates in Management Sciences (also ABDs) are strongly encouraged to apply for this position. Applications will be evaluated on a first-come, first-reviewed basis, till positions are filled.

What we are looking for:

• An excellent academic record throughout
• A full-time PhD (or ABD) in Management Sciences from a reputed university, or business school (preferably AACSB / EQUIS / AMBA accredited)
• Demonstrated potential to publish in reputed journals (AJG category 3 and above)
• Have the pedagogical flair to make a difference in students’ careers
• Strong interest in building institutional capabilities and displaying ownership traits
• For Associate Professorship positions, we expect a substantial publication record in AJG (Category 3 and above) journals and a proven teaching record in reputed business schools.
