The Venice School of Management (VSM) of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice - Italy, accredited by EQUIS, invites applications for a faculty position as

Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Management

We are actively seeking outstanding scholars to join our faculty and contribute to the advancement of management research. Applications for any field related to management are welcomed, especially relative to cutting-edge topics (e.g., AI applications and implications for management).

Venice School of Management offers a modern campus at the heart of Venice enhanced by a vibrant research environment, a strong national and international academic network, and a successful record in applications for EU research funding. The School offers programmes taught in English both at the undergraduate and graduate level. We expect the successful candidate to deliver impactful research to be translated into effective teaching at all levels, and into a series of stakeholder engagement initiatives. For a tenure-track position as assistant professor, we require a Ph.D. degree in management or a related field. The application package should consist of a cover letter, a CV, the job market paper, up to two additional papers (published or unpublished), a research statement, a teaching statement, and three letters of reference.

For a tenured position at the associate or full professor level, we require a Ph.D. degree in Management or a related field, a strong publication record in top journals in Management or a related field as well as international visibility within the academic community. The application package should consist of a cover letter, CV, up to three papers (at least one of which is unpublished), a research statement, a teaching statement (including a list of courses taught and sample evaluations), and the contact information of three academic references.
