The School:

Founded in 1963, the ‘Groupe ISC Paris’ is a French Business School with campuses in Paris and Orléans. Accredited by the French Government (Visa and Master's and Bachelor's degrees) and by International Accreditations² (AACSB, AMBA, EFMD Master's and BGA), ‘Groupe ISC Paris’ is a private, not-for-profit higher education institution and a member of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles. As part of its development and on the strength of its history as the fourth major Business School in Paris, Groupe ISC Paris is strongly committed to various areas of Sustainability Studies (Business Ethics, Circular Economy, Equality and Inclusion, Responsible Consumption and Consumer Behaviour, etc.). We are opening multiple positions for Assistant / Associate Professors working in preference in these areas of research and teaching.

Description of the positions:

As part of its 2030 development strategy, the Groupe ISC Paris is strengthening its investment in its academic expertise by offering a framework in which each Professor, whether predominantly research or predominantly teaching oriented, will contribute to the development of the young talent that we train and who are called upon to play an active role in transforming the business world and fostering the necessary bifurcation of our modes of consumption, transport, production and work.

Starting in september 2024, we are hiring Assistant and Associate Professors in the following fields:

• Finance with a focus on Sustainable/Green Finance;
• Accouting with an interest in new sustainability standards;
• Management with a particular focus on Sustainable Project Management;
• Digital Marketing and Data Management with an interest in responsible consumption models;
• Information Systems Management, with a focus on the ecological challenges facing information systems.

Profiles and capabilities:

1. A completed doctoral degree in a field related to the positions available;
2. Demonstrated commitment to teaching, in French and in English, at the Bachelors, Masters and Post-Graduate levels;
3. Proven academic research capabilities in one of the areas of Sustainability Studies with publications completed and ongoing projects;
4. A strong commitment to teaching innovation and new learning models;
5. Involvement in distinguished academic communities;
6. A willingness to commit to the development of the school and to supporting its learners.
