The Academic Department of Business Administration is currently recruiting three full-time professors in the following areas:

• Strategy and General Management
• Operations Management
• Human Resources

The applicants must have the following requirements:

• Ph.D. degree issued by a university of recognized prestige.
• Competent in the area to which he/she applies.
• Capability to teach in undergraduate programs.
• Research capacity, supported by recent publications.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written language.

Position Description:

Universidad del Pacífico promotes professors to perform teaching and research activities. The university has a Research Center (www.up.edu.pe/ciup) that supports and centralize its professors´ research. It also has an Entrepreneurship Center that works closely with the faculty.

The candidates should have exceptional research abilities, confirmed by a Ph.D. degree and a publication record, focused on the most recent intellectual contributions in their field of specialization. The position implies teaching face-to-face classes in Lima City.
