Mission: within the Research Department, you are responsible for managing and promoting the activity of the experimental laboratory. 6-month fixed-term contract to be filled on the Rouen campus.

Main functions:

Management of the laboratory and experiments:

• Ensure the operational functioning of the experimental laboratory (software, hardware)
• Organize and supervise experiments conducted by faculty members or external members
• Promote within and outside NEOMA the use of the experimental laboratory
• Ensure compliance with ethical rules during experiments
• Organize the recruitment of participants (students and non-students)
• Train teachers in the use of the laboratory

Profile:

You have:

• A minimum BAC + 5 diploma
• Good knowledge of research and experimental studies
• A mastery of data analysis
• Abirth or ability to quickly master the tools related to studies and experiments (for example: eye movement readers, physiological measurement tools, emotion readers)
• A fluent NLA (essential)
