Created in September 2020 and located in Shanghai, in the Pudong district, the Sino-French Institute of Arts and Design Management is the first institute of its kind between an art school and a management school in the world.
Kedge Business School and CAFA have joined forces to graduate Chinese students from CAFA to bac + 3 and bac + 5 in the field of visual arts and heritage management, design, cultural and creative industries to provide skills to the rapidly expanding Chinese cultural market.
Each with its own expertise, KEDGE Business School in creative industries management and CAFA in fine arts (art history, art theory, applied arts and design), they contribute to training students with a dual skill set: art and management.
Central Academy of Fine-Arts (CAFA) is the best art school in China and among the best in the world. Created in 1950 from the merger of the Beijing National College of Art and the Fine Arts Department of Huabei University, it has been directed by renowned Chinese artists, Xu Beihong, Jiang Feng, Wu Zuoren, Gu Yuan, Jin Shangyi..., and now Fan D’ian.
KEDGE Business School is a French international management school. We are a triple accredited institution (AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA) and a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles.
KEDGE Arts School is an Institute of Arts and Creative Industries Management attached to the KEDGE Business School group.
KEDGE Arts School aims to produce and disseminate knowledge on the management of the arts, culture and creative industries. It brings together a research laboratory, the Creative Industries & Culture expertise centre, as well as several teaching programmes, including the Franco-Chinese Institute of Arts and Design Management (Shanghai/Paris) and the MSc Arts & Creative Industries Management (Paris).
The institute is based on two main axes: joint training and student mobility between China and France. The integrated bachelor-master programme is spread over five years, including two years of mobility in the 3rd and 5th year at KEDGE Business School in France.
The courses are taught by Chinese teachers from CAFA University and international teachers, mostly French. Students benefit from intensive English language training from the first year onwards, enabling them to follow specialised courses in English from the second year onwards. At the end of their course, students obtain three university diplomas and degrees, accredited and recognised by the Chinese and French Ministries of Education: a long licence (4 years) from CAFA University, a licence and a master’s degree from the French establishment of KEDGE Business School.
JOB DESCRIPTION

The teacher may be required to organize group work and immersive teaching activities off campus as well as relationships with Shanghai Arts, Culture & Creative Industries Stage.
