The school offers a wide range of programmes including undergraduate, integrated masters, MSc, and executive programmes.

ESSCA’s Organization, Management and Human Resources (OMHR) Academic Department

is seeking an Assistant, an Associate, or a Full Professor in Organisation Management for its Strasbourg Campus.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the OMHR department who can make a significant contribution to our research and teaching strategy. The department has over 20 academic staff, present on all ESSCA's French campuses, and focuses its work on the fields of organisational, project and people management.

The position is open to candidates with a high potential for, or a significant record of, academic publications in peer reviewed journals.

Requirements for the position include:

• a PhD in Management, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field,
• a proven track record of teaching and an innovative, applied research agenda,
• strong communication skills, including the ability to teach in French and English to a variety of student audiences,
• the ability to work as part of a team.

Interest in the areas of Project and/or Human Resource Management and/or ecological transition will be an advantage, and prior corporate experience would also be beneficial.
