Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor

We are looking to hire Associate/Assistant/ Professor in the following disciplines:

Job Specifications:

• Provide leadership that enhances the achievement of KSBL’s strategic plan in research, teaching, and external engagement
• Teach courses and programs offered by the school at graduate, undergraduate and executive education levels.
• Produce high-quality research in journals of national and international standing including contribution to the KSBL’s research agenda
• Take part in activities that enhance the profile and reputation of the discipline
• Develop and maintain relationships with the relevant research community, industry, government, and professional partners to establish collaborations and industry partnerships
• Qualification & Experience:
• Ph.D. in above-stated area of relevance
• Experience with or willingness to develop case studies
• Good command of case method teaching, simulations, and other innovative pedagogies
• Experience teaching relevant units/courses at the postgraduate level and in executive education programs
• Assistant Professor – 4 years of teaching experience
• Associate Professor – 7-10 years of teaching experience with at least 10 research papers in HEC recognized journals
• Professor – 15 + years of teaching experience with at least 15 research papers in HEC recognized journals
• Practical field experience in applications of such skills (such as consultancy or on-job assignments) will be highly valued

The application package consists of a cover letter, curriculum vitae (with the names and contact information of at least three referees), teaching statement (clearly outlining innovative pedagogical approaches) and statement of research interest as well as recent teaching evaluations by the students.
