Position of Assistant or Associate Professor in Accounting, Auditing and/or Management Control

The Department of Management Control, Accounting and Auditing of TBS Education is seeking to fill a faculty position, to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching. The department of Management Control, Accounting and Auditing brings together 20 faculty members whose recent publications include articles in the following leading journals: Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal; Accounting & Finance; Business & Society; Critical Perspectives on Accounting; Gender, Work & Organization; Human Relations; Journal of Business Ethics; Journal of Business Research, Journal of Cleaner Production; Society & Business Review; Technovation. The position will start in September 2023.


Candidates should hold a Ph.D. and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. They may have demonstrated these qualities during their postdoctoral experience or during their previous employment. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching of core courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to develop lectures in their field of expertise at the graduate and the executive education levels.
